What can I expect from a TEFL course?

The training consists of daily study sessions in which you learn teaching methodology, classroom management, how to teach phonetics and interesting grammar classes.  You will spend most of your time  preparing, teaching, and evaluating classes.

Our TEFL course is for those who have never taught English before and for the ones who have experience but want to certify their expertise. As you gradually acquire new skills, you immediately apply them in your teaching practice.

Why TEFL?

A TEFL certification gives you access to a fun and interesting industry that allows you to teach English in Madrid and around the world. If you really want to work in Madrid in a private English academy, a private school, in a company or as a freelance teacher, you will need to show more than just being a native speaker. Nowadays there are a lot of Europeans, Americans and Asians who come to teach English. Some of them believe that just because their native language is English, they will get a job easily.

Nothing is further from the truth. You need to show employers and students that you are prepared and that you have experience teaching Spanish students of different levels. How do you do that? With your TEFL certification.
